The Likeness Of The Glory Of The Lord
What is the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord
In the beginning God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” (Genesis 1:26 NIV)
What is the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord
Ezekiel the Prophet saw the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. The appearance of the living creatures was like burning coals of fire or like torches. The image of the four living creatures are like a lion, a calf, a man, an eagle in order which correspond four Gospels.
The lion, king of beasts is corresponded to the Gospel of Matthew. In the Gospel of Matthew which begins with the genealogy of the kings, the spiritual king from Abraham who is the father of faith tells us that Jesus is the king from David.
In the Gospel of Mark the shortest and simplest to record in Jesus' things in the four Gospels tells us Jesus is a servant who is humble, servant and gentle like a calf.
In the Gospel of Luke tells us Jesus is the Son of man with flesh and blood and he always be with us. The resurrection of the only son of the widow in Nain is recorded in Luke to tell us that Jesus is among us with flesh and blood and he can be able to empathize with our weakness.
In the gospel John tells us Jesus is an eagle, a son of God. In the beginning of the John speaks of things about God: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. In the Gospel of John, the content of Jesus' preaching is the greatest part. This is the image of the eagle flying high in the air, not in the land, but in the heaven.
The Four Gospel tell us the God's image from four aspects and the Lord's disciples live the image of the Lord. The saints are royal priests and behave oneself coinciding with king's identity. The saints are servants to serve people, not official.
The saints are living in the people, not off the world, but lighting in this world, as if the light is lighting in the darkness. The saints are the Son of God, though living in this world, but not belonging to this world. They are holy and they do not love this world, but envy the more beautiful hometown in heaven.
We live out not just one or two of the four images, but the image of Christ, the images of four living things.

The Debate Between Sabbath And Sunday (2)
Jesus said that the Son of man is the Lord of the Sabbath day. This verse proves that the Sabbath is truly the Lord's Day. God in the Bible repeatedly says "My Sabbath." It is so clearly that Sabbath is truly the Lord's Day.
