To Enter And To Inherit The Kingdom Of God
People who belong to this world are pursuing the benefits of this world, because they belong to the world, and the benefits are in this world. Those who belong to the heaven, although living in this world, do not belong to this world, but are foreigners and strangers on the world. Because the Lord has prepared for them a more beautiful country, an eternal industry.
So in the days of living in this world, we must remember how to pursue God's promises and keep the promises of the Lord so that we can strive to be a saved man, to enter the kingdom of God, and to inherit the kingdom of God.
1. What is the kingdom of God?
1. The kingdom of God is not something that can be observed..
Luke 17:20, Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed.
2. The kingdom of God does not belong to this world.
John 18:36, Jesus replied that my country is not in this world. If my country belongs to this world, my servants must fight so that I will not be handed over to the Jews. It’s just that my country is not in this world.
3. The kingdom of God descends from heaven.
Matthew 6:10, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
4. The kingdom of God is in the heart of man.
Luke 17:21, no one can say, look, here. Look, there. Because the kingdom of God is in your heart.
There are both the kingdom of God and the country of the devil.
Ephesians 6:12, For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
This is a spiritual war, and the battlefield of war is the heart of man.
2 Corinthians 10:4. The weapons we fight for are not bloody, but they have the power to break through the strong camp before God. 5. The various tricks that hinder people from knowing God. It was broken, and all the minds of the people were taken back, so that he obeyed Christ.
5. The Holy Spirit descends, lives in the heart of men, and the people receive the Holy Spirit which menas the kingdom of God comes.
When Jesus came out to preach, he said, "The kingdom of heaven is near, and you should repent."Jesus told the disciples before he ascended to heaven, “Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”
What does this mean? It is to say that the Holy Spirit is coming on the day of Pentecost. Where is the Holy Spirit, where is the kingdom of God, Jesus is King, Holy Spirit is the Lord and the wills of God pass in.
2. It is not easy to enter the country of God.
1. It is difficult for people with money to enter, and poor people can enter.
Luke 18:24, when Jesus saw him, he said, How difficult is it for those who have money to enter the kingdom of God.Mark 10:24, the disciples were amazed at his words. Jesus said to them again, "How difficult is it for the boy, who trusts in money, to enter the kingdom of God."Luke 6:20, Jesus looked up at the disciples and said, "Blessed are the poor." Because the kingdom of God is yours.
This is a blessing to those who are poor in the heart, and blessed to those who are hungry and thirsty for God's gospel. Because you must be filled. God wants to be their rich and become their industry. Anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.
Luke 18:17, Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.
2. No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.
Luke 9:62, Jesus replied, “No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.”
Going on the road to heaven, going forward and living, those who shrink back have the possibility of sinking.
Hebrews 10:38-39, And, “But my righteousone will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.”But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.
3. Going through many difficulties
2 Thessalonians 1:5, this is the testimony of God's righteous judgment. Let you count as the kingdom of God, and you are suffering for this country.Acts 14:22, strengthen the hearts of the disciples, and persuade them to keep the way they believe. He also said that we must go through many difficulties in entering the kingdom of God.Hebrews 11:38-40, in the wilderness, mountains, caves, crypts, drifting indefinite. This is a person who is not worthy of the world. These people are all convinced by the good evidence, but they still have not received the promise. Because God has prepared us with more beautiful things, that if they do not share with us, they cannot be perfect.
4. There is a possibility of loss, and the kingdom of God will be given to the people who can bear fruit.
Matthew 21:43, so I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken from you. Give it to the people who can bear fruit.
5. Deny for the kingdom of God.
Luke 14:26-27, when people come to me, if they do not love me more than their parents, wives, children, brothers, sisters, and their own lives, they cannot be my disciples. (Love me more than love the original hate).Whoever does not carry his own cross and follow me, can not be my disciple.Luke 18:29, Truly I tell you,”Jesus said to them, “no one who has left home or wife or brothers or sisters or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God will fail to receive many times as much in this age, and in the age to come eternal life."
6. Outside the kingdom of God, there are sorrows and tears; in the kingdom of God, they will share the feast.
Luke 13:28-29, you will see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the prophets, all in the kingdom of God, but you are driven out. There is a need to wailing and cutting teeth. From the east, from the west, from the south, from the north, someone will come and sit in the kingdom of God.
3. What can't bear the kingdom of God?
1. The body of flesh and blood.
1 Corinthians 15:50, brethren, I tell you that the body of flesh and blood cannot bear the kingdom of God. It must be ruined and cannot bear the immortality.
2. The mind governed by the flesh.
Galatians 5:19-21, The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
3. People who are unrighteous.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10. Do you not know that the unrighteous cannot bear the kingdom of God? Don't deceive yourself. Whether it is fornication, idolatry, adultery, child-rearing, pro-male, stealing, greedy, drunk, insulting, blackmailing, can not bear the kingdom of God.
4. What does kingdom of God care about?
1. The kingdom of God cares for power.
1 Corinthians 4:20, because the kingdom of God does not care for words, but for power.
2. The kingdom of God cares for righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Romans 14:17, because the kingdom of God does not care about eating and drinking, but only about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
3. The kingdom of God cares for recapturing the human heart and making him wholly belong to Christ
2 Corinthians 10:4-5, The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
No matter what time is right, we must continue to preach the gospel of salvation, work for the Lord, and save the soul of man.
2 Timothy 4:2, be sure to preach. No matter what time is right, always concentrate, and use all kinds of patience, all kinds of lessons, blame, warn people, and advise people.
5. How to bear the kingdom of God?
1. Born of water and the Holy Spirit.
John 3:5, Jesus said, I tell you the truth, if a person is not born of water and the Holy Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
2. A righteousness that is by faith from first to last.
Repentance to the Lord, born of water and the Holy Spirit, renew of the Holy Spirit and to the full dedication to Christ. Like the seeds are planted on the ground, they grow up unconsciously. Growing up like mustard, it is very small at first, and it is bigger than any other tree.
Mark 4:26-32, He also said, “This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground.Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how.All by itself the soil produces grain—first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head.As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.”Again he said, “What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it?It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth.Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade.”
3. Follow the Holy Spirit.
Romans 8:5-7, because the body of the flesh is attached to the flesh, and the body of the Holy Spirit is attached to the Holy Spirit. caring for the flesh, is to die, considerate the Holy Spirit, is life, peace. the original caring body is to be enemies with God. Because you are not obeying the law of God, you can't take it.
4. Live Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Philippians 1:21, For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.Galatians 5:18, But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.Romans 12:1, therefore, brethren, I urge you with God's mercy, and offer the body as a living sacrifice, holy, and God's delight. It is only natural that you serve in this way.
